承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
