承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
