承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
