承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
