承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟(ruan)性絞(jiao)接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運作。
