承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
