單梁(liang)式起重(zhong)機的構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁機構設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“三條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆采用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)次精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁采用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典設計方案(an),合理減(jian)少重量,提升提高室內空間。
2,減速(su)機(ji)采用(yong)起重機(ji)專用(yong)型(xing)的(de)H系列產品硬齒面減速(su)機(ji),承載力高,使(shi)用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒(tong)采用厚鋼板生產短接軸(zhou)方式(shi),并(bing)對焊接開展無損(sun)檢測;
4,動(dong)滑輪所有采用熱(re)軋(ya)滑輪;
5,起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)吊鉤(gou)采(cai)用T級起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)吊鉤(gou),材(cai)料高于DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室(shi)內空間;
