承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
