承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,電(dian)動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減(jian)速(su)器+行程開關四合一一體化設計方(fang)案,結(jie)構(gou)緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建有安全性(xing)鉤,防失控(kong)。
4,全部傳動(dong)系統組織選用無連軸器的(de)立即I/O方式,傳動(dong)系統高(gao)效率(lv)、裝配線高(gao)精度、免(mian)維護保養(yang)。
