承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接(jie)方(fang)式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
