承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
