承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
