承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
