承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車(che)承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
