承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
