承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
