承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車(che)承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式(shi);防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動機(ji)+制動系統+減(jian)速器+行程開關四合一一體化設計方案,結構緊(jin)湊
3,小(xiao)轎車搭建有安(an)全性鉤,防失(shi)控。
