承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
