承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
