承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
