承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
