承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
