承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
