承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
