承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
