承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
