承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
