承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式(shi);防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機(ji)+制(zhi)動系(xi)統+減速器+行程開關四合(he)一一體化設計方案,結(jie)構緊湊
3,小轎車搭建(jian)有安全性(xing)鉤,防失控。
