承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
