承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安(an)全(quan)性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
