承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重(zhong)(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,電(dian)動機+制動系統+減速器(qi)+行程開關四(si)合(he)一一體化設計方案,結構(gou)緊湊
