承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
