承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
