承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
