承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)(fang)案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
