承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
