承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
