承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。
