承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小(xiao)轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
