承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
