承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
