承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
