承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面(mian)每平米。
