承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重梁與承重梁選(xuan)用軟性絞接方式(shi);防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
