承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu)(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
