承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
