承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
