承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
