承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性(xing)絞接方式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運作。
