承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
